I help people sort through their overwhelm. Whether it's a closet, office, garage or attic, I assist with the process of donating, eliminating and organizing what remains. I help people downsize, relocate, or just feel really comfortable at home.
One thing about me is I'm not pushy and I allow for you to make the final call as to what you keep or discard. I realize how difficult it is to part ways with certain belongings and there's a lot of sentimentality that can come into play. I'm sensitive to Your needs both spatially and emotionally.
When I'm not able to provide the service because it's beyond my means, I also consult and help you find somebody who can do what you need. This includes help with people who are hoarders or may have biohazard in their homes.

I booked Nancy for two hours and am amazed at the transformation my space went through during that time with her help. She suggested rearranging and organizing items in ways I never could have thought of myself and accomplished my main goals in our first session. She did a fantastic job of unpacking all my stuff in a very short amount of time and limited space. I feel much more organized now and my space is much more usable. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $65 for organizing but I do get a lot done in one hour. I have no time minimum. There are no additional charges unless you ask me to remove things from the home for you then it's only $15 unless it's large furniture.
My hourly rate for packing and unpacking is $75.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss what they're wanting to be organized and their end goal. I listen to their needs and desires. I let them know that I am never pushy about getting rid of things. I also let them know that I do my best to utilize what they already have in the home to get things organized. I assure them that if I decide to recommend a purchase that I keep their economics in mind. I also let them know that there is no judgment as to the volume of what needs to be done or the disarray their home may be in.
If the client is looking for my packing and unpacking services, I do my best to coordinate dates so they can comfortably leave their home with confidence that they've kept only what they need and what matters most.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took communications in college, and I am a certified energy healer, so I look at clearing space as clearing energy and helping people with their overwhelm. I'm very good at noticing when the client is feeling ill at ease about letting go of something or is questioning whether or not they should keep something. My ability to recognize their emotions around sentimental items has come in handy.
