- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates for Design and Photography are different. Photography - email me for session rates... Design - $40/hr or Flat Rate Quotes... If we were to do a flat rate pricing (where we both agree upon a price ahead of time) - I usually set it up where you get X amount of concepts with X rounds of changes before my hourly rates would apply. This helps protect us both, especially if we haven't worked together before. For example - on a logo - for $XXX - I will provide 4 original concepts and up to 2 rounds of changes. After that, my hourly rate of $40 would apply (which in most cases, is not necessary)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Art has been my main passion since I can remember. Anything artistic - drawing, painting, photography, typography, design of any kind... I LOVE IT ALL. It was the only direction I really wanted to go and I worked very hard to be successful at it. It is just in my blood and I continue learning and being inspired daily to be the best I can.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Print design: I would say I mostly work on Identities (logos, business cards, etc), brochures, ads, campaigns, catalogs, direct mail post cards and large wall graphics. I am also the preferred designer for CombatBet.com's custom poker chips! We come highly recommended to help you get a high quality product that you would be proud to hand out to others. Photography: I have mostly done family and children shoots thus far. I love capturing the phases of people's lives. Memories they'll want to keep forever. I'm an on site photographer so I usually meet clients at their home or an outdoor location of their choice. I love natural light photography. It just brings so much more comfort and warmth into photos.
