These guys are horrible to say the least. They literarily scammed me, they took my $255 without completing the work I paid them for. I paid them to solve the back up issue in the drain line connected to my washing machine but the issue was not resolved despite fully paying them. Who starts a job without knowing the cause of the problem and determining the best course of action to resolve the issue?
My washing machine drain keeps backing up, I reached out to this company to help fix the problem, they sent a tech out to my home, I explained the issue to him, he said he could fix the problem, no investigation was done, he billed me $255, after few minutes I was told it was fixed and he left. I ran my washing machine right away but the drain was still backing up, I quickly called them they notify them that the line is still backing up, they came back did the same and told me the issue is fixed only to run the machine with a bigger backup this time. Now they have declined to return to complete the work they were paid to do. Who starts a job without determining the cause to find the appropriate course of action to solve the problem? I feel used and will never recommend this con artist. They want to keep bleeding me of my hard earned money recommending to install a clean out in the line in my basement for almost $2,000 without at-least camera the line, find out the cause of the backup before taking any action. This is what should have been done from the beginning, but they knew they do not have the right camera for a 1 1/2” drain line and could have stated earlier that they do not have the right tools to do the job but they decided to rip me by undertaking an effort they know will not solve the problem.
By far the worst plumber to work with in the Youngstown OH area.
