- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for first responders, veterans, and those in the medical field! We thank all of you for what you do. We have no hidden fees, we charge a base price to account for things such as a truck, gas, tolls, etc. and then our hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to be as friendly and transparent as we can from the very start! Poor customer service and lying accomplishes nothing and hurts us in the long run! If we think you could find cheaper options elsewhere or if we aren't up to the task at hand, we will make sure to be honest with you so that we don't waste anyone's time and create an unhappy customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do not have education or moving related training, we have experience and the hard work we put into our jobs every day to ensure your move goes as smoothly as possible.
