These guys were unbelievable! Extremely professional, extremely polite, and very hard workers. I couldn’t thank them enough. From day one, John had been excellent helping me schedule my moving. I had to reschedule SIX times due to my closing getting pushed back, and John got my back every single time. Neither less to say, he represents the company very well. The movers came by, extremely nice and police young guys and ready to work. They did more than expected, brought all my stuff to the third floor in 3 hours. These guys don’t play around. Fabulous experience overall! I’m definitely going to be sending them a lot of referrals. If anybody wants a stress free moving experience, these are your guys!!!! Don’t think twice!!!! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing for local and residential moves are based on either and hourly price or flat price. Both options will be discussed. If there are specialty items the price of the items moved will also be discussed. For long distance moves there will be a flat rate. NO HIDDEN FEES or Surprises on the day of your move !
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We get on the way home with our customers to go over the details of your move. We then call 24 hours in advance to confirm your move. If the move is a specialty move or long distance we will come out and do an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have been in the industry for years and we have certified movers that have completed The proper moving training.
