Four movers worked professionally and took care of my furniture, hard wood and wall. Even though I had heavy items to move to second floor, they never complained. Excellent job!

Zach and Jerry did a great job helping me with my move. It had snowed a lot the day before the move but they handled the weather like pros. They had no problem putting the shoe covers on and off while in the house to not track in any snow. I also had some very angry cats that did not make their job easier, and they handled that very well. Overall the move did take longer than expected (about 4 and a half hours), but it was worth it for the care and attention they put into taking my furniture apart, putting it back together and placing it everywhere I wanted. I hope I don't have to move again any time soon, but when I do I will be using A & M Friendly Movers again.

Devon and Dugg are Top Notch! Initially we had a 2-stop move, which right before the guys arrived, we realized it needed to be a 3-stop move. Devon and Dugg were respectful, understanding, and accommodating. They assisted with packing when needed, and moved heavy furniture, lots of boxes, mirrors etc... and all arrived undamaged. Their efficiency, thoroughness, and care in handling our items was invaluable. Not only were they personable, but their overall positive, get-it-done-right attitudes and strong work ethic made the moving experience almost completely stress-free. Thank you Devon and Dugg for 8+ hours of professionalism! You guys ROCK!! Greatly appreciate you and your services!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for local and residential moves are based on either and hourly price or flat price. Both options will be discussed. If there are specialty items the price of the items moved will also be discussed. For long distance moves there will be a flat rate. NO HIDDEN FEES or Surprises on the day of your move !
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get on the way home with our customers to go over the details of your move. We then call 24 hours in advance to confirm your move. If the move is a specialty move or long distance we will come out and do an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the industry for years and we have certified movers that have completed The proper moving training.
