- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first session is free. We go through a sample workout and discuss goals and previous experience. After that, we decide what type of plan fits you the best-once a week, twice a week, or three times a week for training. The cost also covers the private sessions, the time it takes to create a program tailored to the client's specific goals, in addition to research, continued education to maintain all active certifications, and time spent providing clients with additional content outside of sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My style of training is functional. I like to do an assessment workout with my clients and discuss their experience and goals to get a good feel for what they are looking for. From there, I design a program that uses periodization which allows me to progress them in the safest, fastest way possible in order for them to reach their goals.

I have a B.S. in Sports and Exercise Science I’m certified in the following areas: Personal Training- ACE Corrective Exercise-NASM Virtual Training Specialist-NASM Nutrition-Precision Nutrition
