Randy responded immediately to my request to restore several pieces of furniture. He was able to begin work promptly and did a very careful and professional job on each piece. He kept me informed of his progress and completed each piece when he said he would at a reasonable cost. His estimates were accurate. He also worked very hard to solve a difficult problem with one of the pieces. I would highly recommend M3. Everything turned out beautifully.

Randy was prompt in pickup and delivery, and on time. He also provided a website where he updated (with pictures) his work on our furniture, on a daily basis. Would highly recommend him for any of your furniture repairs and/or restoration.

I will provide a ballpark estimates as its hard to know exactly the amount of labor and materials without actually seeing the project. Which is why I am willing to go to the customer and give a free estimate.

First listen to the customer, then give possible options.
