- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $35/room for carpet cleaning. Tile cleaning is typically $0.50/sq ft. As always there are some variations depending on size of job that could make that less but in no case would it ever be more. Pricing Transparency is and always has been our priority.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We focus on helping the customer understand our cleaning process as well as the time requirements for our techs being in their home. Our goal is to ensure they know what to expect on the day of their cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are IICRC certified in a variety of cleaning disciplines from Carpet, Upholstery, Tile, Odor Control, Water Restoration, Carpet Repairs and Re-Stretching, etc. We focus a great deal of attention on educating our techs and then retaining them so our customers have a SUPERB experience.
