FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Buffets are much more common and practical for most events. They give our clients and their guests an opportunity to mingle, especially around action stations such as a carving station or a pasta station or the chocolate fountain. A buffet also provide a variety you will not get from a sit down meal.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are blessed to work with several local venues, one of them is Stinchcombe Mansion in Broken Arrow. We recently catered a small wedding for a great couple. They were very happy with our service and the food so they did not have to worry about anything but having a good time. This is one of the most important days for the bride and groom but also their families, and everyone was happy.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are planning an important event, sit with the caterer and describe how you envision this event. Do you want a sit down, plated meal on china with many waitstaff, wine service and bartenders or do you want a buffet with disposable plates or something in between. Convey to the caterer what you wish for AND your budget, we are a creative bunch, we can probably provide for you what you want. Let the caterer help design the perfect menu for your event, you usually won't have to stick with a standard menu they have. We can make both Gluten-Free and standard recipe items, we can change sauces for most of the items, we can provide the protein, starch, vegetables and sweets you would like. We are flexible and we want you to be more than satisfied.
