- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and designed to make your experience smooth from start to finish. After you contact us, we’ll schedule your job and go over the details, including what parts or products you’ve already purchased. For certain items—like toilets—we’ll ask you to measure the rough-in to ensure the new unit will fit properly. Before the appointment, we’ll confirm your address and ask that you have a clear path in and out of the home for easy access. On the day of installation, we arrive within the 2–3 hour window provided. Once on site, we first verify that the new product will fit and work as expected before removing any existing fixtures. This helps avoid delays and ensures the job is completed efficiently and correctly.
