Mr. Yanez was spot on with his delivery. He came out and gave us a quote for our patio, it was fair and reasonable. You could tell he was very knowledgeable about the process. He started the week he said he would and finished in the five day timeframe he said it would take. When adjustments needed to be made to the layout of the patio, he always consulted with me and explained why and what he thought would be best. They cleaned up everything when finished. It was a perfect project.

I’m thrilled with the excellent service provided by Gabino, who replaced all of my doorknobs. He skillfully upgraded them, even adjusting the holes to fit the new, larger knobs perfectly. Gabino was very professional, thoughtful and thorough and very knowledgeable. I appreciate his desire to do it the right way. His suggestions were always with the intent of doing the job right. The initial job was to replace rotting/warping panels on one area of my house (which was done in a great way), but we also had him repair a door of which he did such a quality job. We will definitely consider Gabino for any future work needed (plus he really does a great job of cleaning up afterwards).

His work exceeded expectations. Having found a handful of roof shingles in my yard after our summer storm, I gave those to him to inspect my roof. He found none had blown off my roof, and then took great care to caulk all my rooftop fixtures, and reattach some loosened nails. . The second job was to replace a damaged front entry door jamb.which had been severely damaged and wood eroded. This was a little over three hours of work. He stuck to his original quote made and gave me a receipt to show cost of material purchased. I didn’t see him ever take a break - all done in triple degree weather! He cleaned up every bit of the job’s mess. The work was so nicely and cleanly done. I’m extremely pleased. I will definitely use him again and have already shared his name and number with others.
