If we could give the owner, Josh, and his company a 0, we would. He was contracted to install a barbed wire fence at my property and adjoining neighbors property. This was to begin in July 2015. It is January, and he has fallen off the face of the earth, not returning calls or text messages, job is incomplete, took our money and ran. It is January 2016 now, we have dealt with excuse after excuse on why he could not come each week. Made promises that he would work on fence and never showed up. I suggest not using him or his business for any job. Very unreliable and dishonest.
