Scope of Work:
2Way Pros agrees to provide services as discussed, which may include but are not limited to:
• Moving & Hauling
• Cleaning Services
• Furniture Assembly
• Junk/Trash Removal
• Labor-Only Services
• Lawn Services
Client Responsibilities:
• Ensure clear access to the service area
• Secure or remove valuable and fragile items in advance
• Disclose any known hazards (e.g., pests, mold, unsafe materials) before work begins
Payment Terms:
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, or Invoice (due within 1 day)
• Late payments may incur a $10 fee per day after the due date
Cancellations & Delays:
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $35 fee
• If the job site is inaccessible or unsafe upon arrival, services may be rescheduled and a trip charge may apply
Disclaimer of Liability:
By approving this quote or job, the client acknowledges and agrees that:
1. 2Way Pros is not liable for any pre-existing damage to property, furniture, or surfaces
2. While all items are handled with care, minor scuffs or wear may occur during moving/hauling
3. 2Way Pros is not responsible for items left behind unless specifically instructed to retrieve them
4. The client assumes all risk for unsecured or improperly packed items
5. 2Way Pros is not liable for injury or damage caused by unsafe or undisclosed conditions at the job site
Agreement Confirmation:
By accepting this quote or service, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement.
Travel Fee:
A mileage charge of $1.50 per mile applies to any distance exceeding 50 miles from our base location.
