FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I begin with a consultation, which is a sample lesson that allows new students to try the sessions and experience first hand what the process will be like. Consultations are free for Thumbtack users! Lessons plans from there vary depending on how long you would like your session to be and how often.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a short questionnaire that helps me learn about my students unique vocal style and interests. It's important to understand where my students are coming from so I can better serve them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in vocal performance for over 15 years. I have done stage work, radio and television and music video, 5 years of musical theater, 6 years in choral performance, and 15+ years in gospel and contemporary worship. I am a vocal director of over 10 years with a local worship ensemble in the Tulsa area and now partner with other ministry worship teams to improve the quality of their sound. My love of music and performance comes from a long line of family musicians and vocalists. My grandparents on both sides were musicians, my father a lead guitarist, my mother and sisters all vocalists, my brother, a violinist--music is in my blood I like to say.
