FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair, competitive, and clearly outlined in writing before any work begins. Costs vary depending on roof size, materials selected, and whether the project is insurance-funded or retail. For insurance-approved roof replacements, we include a complimentary upgrade to Class 3 impact-resistant shingles when available. For retail (non-insurance) projects, we offer a 20% discount to active-duty military, veterans, and senior citizens. We also provide financing options for retail customers. No hidden fees — just straightforward pricing and clear communication.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Free inspection and damage assessment 2. Clear explanation of findings 3. If insurance is involved, guidance on filing a claim 4. Meet with adjuster if needed 5. Provide a detailed scope of work 6. Schedule installation/Repair 7. Full cleanup and final walkthrough We believe in communication at every step so homeowners always know what’s happening.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed multiple manufacturer product and installation courses for the roofing systems we install, including impact-resistant shingles, ventilation systems, and premium underlayment products. I stay up to date with manufacturer requirements and best practices so every install meets warranty and code standards. I started in roofing hands-on — installing roofs as a summer job in high school — then worked as a roofing sales consultant for a larger company and later built and ran a roofing division for another construction firm before launching my own business. That background gives me real experience in labor, estimating, documentation, project management, and quality control. In addition, I study insurance policies and claim guidelines specific to roofing. I’ve spent time learning how different coverages, deductibles, depreciation, and policy language impact whether a claim makes sense, and I continue educating myself so I can guide homeowners through a smart decision — not just a rushed claim. I’m also a Marine Corps veteran, which shapes how our crew works: disciplined, organized, detailed, and committed to getting the job done right.
