- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we bid the job based on each individual job. it's hard to give an estimate without seeing the job, no worries we give free estimates
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once they have received our call, we schedule a time to meet at property and we will look over everything that needs done and then we give the best estimate possible....and if they are satisfied with our price then we give them a scheduled time when we can come out and do the job....we also work with the customer that fits best with their schedule.... if the customer can't be there and wants us to perform the work without their presence we will be glad to do that as well....
