Can’t speak well enough about Shane and his business. He came to install a dishwasher and take the other one out. He was here when he said he would be, he worked super fast and talked me thru every step of the way so I could learn as well, which I thought was awesome! I really appreciate him and everything he did, well worth the money which I thought was more than fair. Thank you for everything! Don’t hesitate to hire him!

I highly recommend Shane! I originally called him about my garbage disposal, which I thought might need replacing, but he was able to fix it instead. While he was here, he also installed new garage door sensors and two light switches.
Shane was friendly, efficient, professional, and very reasonably priced. I’m extremely pleased with his work and will definitely call him again!

If you are looking to hire a pro who truly stands behind their work, look no further. I hired them for a stubborn ant infestation in my yard. When the initial treatment didn't fully take, the responsiveness was incredible. He immediately took accountability, apologized, and offered a complimentary retreat. He was incredibly flexible, working seamlessly around a rainy forecast to get me on the schedule the minute the weather cleared.
During the follow-up, he was a total expert—taking the time to break down exactly what was happening and how I could maintain the lawn moving forward. Then, he went completely above and beyond by helping me lift and haul away an old bed frame and yard debris for free, even sharing a great local landscaping contact.
Incredible communication, top-tier value, and amazing ethics. I will absolutely hire them again for any future needs. 10/10!

Tier1 responded immediately to my request for removal of a king size bed from an upstairs bedroom. He made it look easy. He also took a very heavy and broken air compressor. He was friendly and professional. I really enjoyed visiting with him. He also seemed to have contacts that could help me on other projects, although I didn’t pursue that. I recommend him.
