- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a Flat rate company. We charge a very competitive rate bigger companies can't afford to beat our pricing because they price gouge when inflation hit. We don't. We hold ourselves to a higher standard and Understand hard times. We work with customers all the time on pricing and billing. The designed flat-rate system has kept the business open, growing & expanding. We work by the job, and do not put a dollar sign over a single individual. We are a team, We are the Pro's! The Plunger Pro's!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish a good business relationship first, and make them feel absolutely comfortable with them trusting us in there home. Knowing they're in good hands and the job will be done correctly!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My mentor was my father. Credentials consisting of college, vocational education,business contractual law, criminal justice and criminal psychology major multiple other experienced Journeymen older than myself I still utilize if necessary. (MAC & JH)
