FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask the customer what they are seeking, what they want out of this work, what background or experience they have, what are the goals of the presentation. I want to get to know my clients who they are, what they think.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 22 years in healthcare creating and presenting data on patient experience to the CEO, senior Vice Presidents and front end supervisors such nursing, nutrition/food service and environmental services. I was a regular member of improvement teams throughout a 6 hospital system. I am a 5th degree blackbelt and continue to work out at a local martial arts school on a regular basis. I hold a Masters Degree in Human Resource Development from Webster University.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Healthcare: I started out as a secretary in a corporate office. Two years later I was promoted to customer service analyst. Over the next two decades my job increased and expanded. Martial Arts: My physician suggested I start working out due to a couple of chronic health issues. So I headed up to the nearest martial arts school. Twenty-two years later I'm still at it and enjoy the benefits. I want my clients to live an active lifestyle all their lives and I am living proof Martial Arts can help you do just that.
