Introduction: I think my work stands out for a number of reasons - Experience (I've been doing this for more than 30 years). Knowledge of what is current and correct in the process. A true concern for giving the customer what they ask for and more. Finally, I really enjoy seeing the change that I bring to someone's home through my efforts. I like the fact that I can work with someone to bring their wishes for their kitchen to life. When the project is done and they stand back and say "wow", that is what it is all about for me.

Educate themselves about the products and process of refacing. Too many people let the contractors tell them "what they want". The customer should learn as much as they can before meeting with a contractor so they can tell the contractor what they want.
