Scott was very helpful. I had all sorts of reservations about picking someone online, but I was pleasantly surprised. I asked him to provide his picture ID, and he was very comfortable with that... no hesitation. He worked on my computer over night and provided progress updates as well, which also increased my comfort level. My issues seemed very routine to him, so I felt like he had a good level of experience and a good working knowledge. The price at the end was exactly what he estimated, and best I can tell, the issues I was having are fixed. I'll use him again.

Had a major rebuild of my laptop to do. Affordable did the entire job extremely RELIABLY and I'm telling you: they need to change their name to AWESOME & AFFORDABLE Computer Support. They are. I'm not given to gushing reviews and I appreciate it when others give realistic reviews of their experiences. I will always use Affordable for all my computer support from now on out. Scott actually met me half way between my house and his facility. He has a unique pricing plan that is tremendous. He makes a flat charge that covers all labor regardless of how much he winds up having to do. This way he has no incentive to replace a bunch of parts that don't actually need it! Scott will locate the best deal on the net for the parts you need and email you with his results. You can pick and choose and he takes it from there. He's fast too. Real fast. He's a real "Geek" and like his adorable daughter says "He's also real smart". And he is. Couple that with years of experience and you have the recipe for an awesome and reliable computer support person. You can completely trust Affordable for all your computer support. I give him my 100% A-Okay approval rating!!!!!!!
