Great experience with Joey! He took this odd nook area that was original to my 90s home and turned it into a beautiful and functional built in coffee bar. I’ve now had him work on several other projects for us and he always delivers above and beyond service and results. Super pleased!

There was a gap between the top of my garage and the top seal which allowed light, dust and insects in. I contacted Joey and within a couple days he came by and addressed the issue. Within approximately 45 minutes Joey adjusted the top seal in such that not even a slither of light breached. Joey proceeded to paint mostly where necessary so that the adjustment of the top seal did not expose any previously unpainted trim. I did however afterward notice that the paint on left side of the outer garage door appeared to stop a ¼” shy of the side seal as though the side seal had also been adjusted. Small potatoes, though. I painted that area myself. Otherwise, remarkable job. Reasonable rate. Thanks Joey.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I hope you find great value in the service I provide. For hourly jobs, I charge from when I first arrive to when I am packed up and the project in complete. I round up to the next half-hour. I may include time taken to source and pickup materials on certain jobs. If you have any information about a project that could make the process more efficient such as an installation manual or a YouTube video that inspired the project, please feel free to send it over before we get started working.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad was in the trades and tried to teach me everything he could. It has turned into a great part of my life.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with home owners, land lords, facilities managers in a commercial setting, and commercial tenants.
