- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on how much space your items take up in our truck. The fees include labor and all dump fees. Our minimum charge is $99 to remove a single item. If you have more than one item, we have 12 price points all the way from 1/8 of a truckload to a full truckload. We offer discounts on jobs 1/6 truckload or more including a $20 discount for booking online at our website and a $30 discount for military, veterans and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a firm, FREE, no-obligation quote to anyone that would like to work with us. After booking an appointment for your free quote, our team will come to you home or office, look at the items you would like removed and then give you a firm, no-obligation quote to remove them. If you're happy with the quote, they will remove the items immediately. If not, the team will thank you for your time and go on their way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served 21 years in the Air Force including a tour in Iraq and one in Afghanistan. I hire other veterans whenever possible and we consistently train on customer service and removing items safely from your home or business.
