- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a free estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free estimate after measuring and calculating the product needed (it is not a guess). The customer can decide to move forward with the estimate. The day the project begins, my team and I do a pre-job walkthrough with the customer. We aim to wrap the project in the agreed upon schedule (which we are very good at doing). Once the work is completed, we do a final walkthrough with the customer to identify any potential touchups needed. Once touchups are complete, and the customer officially signs off on the work, the remaining payment is due immediately. We accept all forms of payment.

I have 7+ years, the experience of my painters ranges from 10-20 years experience.
