FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with discussing the customer’s project goals, needs, and overall vision so we can determine the full scope of work. When possible, we like to schedule an on-site estimate to see the space in person, answer questions, and provide recommendations based on the project. Once we have all the details, we finalize pricing, timelines, and expectations before work begins. Throughout the project, we believe in maintaining open and consistent communication so customers always know what’s going on and feel comfortable asking questions along the way. After the job is completed, we also follow up to ensure overall satisfaction and address any concerns that may come up.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this line of work at a young age working alongside family members who were already in the construction industry. My dad was a carpenter, and my older brother also worked in the trade, so I grew up learning the skills and work ethic that come with it. I’ve been doing this type of work since I was 17 and have experience with a wide range of projects including decks, bathrooms, kitchens, and general home remodeling. Over the last two years, my main focus has been bathroom and kitchen remodels, but I’m experienced in handling almost any type of home improvement project.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you hire someone who communicates well, shows up when they say they will, and takes pride in the quality of their work. It’s important to ask about experience with the specific type of project you’re wanting done and to look at photos of past work when possible. A good contractor should also be honest about timelines, pricing, and any potential issues that could come up during the job. It’s also a good idea to ask about their after-care process and how they handle any issues that may come up after the project is completed. A reliable contractor should stand behind their work and be willing to address concerns if something needs attention later on. We believe in treating every home with respect, keeping customers informed throughout the process, and making sure they’re happy with the finished result long after the job is done.
