- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard hourly rate and a 2 hour minimum. We prorate by the minute after 2 hours, meaning you pay only for each minute you use. The clock starts when we arrive at your location and stops when you say we are done. We charge no travel fee for moves taking place entirely within Edmond. For moves entirely within Oklahoma county, we charge $30. For moves beginning or ending outside Oklahoma county, we charge $1.50 per mile beginning and ending in Edmond. For oversized items such as gun safes and pianos, we typically charge a $75 fee per item.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We learn what the specific needs and concerns of the customer are and then create a moving plan to suit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I helped manage the #1 moving company in Kentucky (Wildcat Moving) and also have a background in the fitness industry. I enjoy training movers in safe and effective lifting techniques to ensure both they and your belongings stay safe.
