- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our 30 minute Service is $22.00, 45 minute service is $30.00 and 1 hour service is $38.00. We change $10 per additional pet per service. We run various specials throughout the yr. We give a 10% discount on your first 5 consecutive visits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sign up online or through the Fetch! App. or call the owner directly. Owner will call and set up a complimentary Meet & Greet. All specific instruction will be noted online and on the App. The client receives the same sitter (when possible) for each visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an executive in retail management for 25 yrs. I have lead a multitude of different type of people and have learned the most important part of my job is building relationships and trust with the clients that I have honor to serve
