Donna and Jessica came by, met my dogs the weekend before they were to start. They kept me informed of their visits and provided photos of the pups.

We had a fantastic experience using Fetch! I didn’t think twice about knowing our first baby would be so well taken care of. Our sitter arrived when scheduled, sent adorable pictures, and updated us about how she was doing! Can’t recommend Fetch enough for all your pet care needs!

It has been 3 years since my dogs had a pet sitter and this was the best experience ever. They keep you updated, send pictures. Will use them again for sure.

I loved their service. Easy sign up in the App. Received a complimentary meeting with the owner and sitter before the first visit. I also received notes on how the visit went and pictures of their activities!!! I love that Fetch has a local owner who monitors the visits and is available if I have questions.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our 30 minute Service is $24., Our 45 minute service is $30. and our 1 hour service is $40. We change $10 per additional pet per service.
We run various specials throughout the yr.
We give a 10% discount on your first 5 consecutive visits.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sign up online or through the Time to Pet App. or call the owner directly.
Owner will call and set up a complimentary Meet & Greet.
All specific instruction will be noted online and on the App.
The client receives the same sitter (when possible) for each visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an executive in retail management for 25 yrs. I have lead a multitude of different type of people and have learned the most important part of my job is building relationships and trust with the clients that I have honor to serve
