We have standard pricing set for base jobs but can always offer custom quotes for additional work needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to allocate some extra time at the beginning of a first service to evaluate the customers goals and evaluate the pianos capabilities and condition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a second generation technician working full time on pianos since 2006. I have been to both regional and national training seminars and also training classes with Yamaha and Steinway.
