- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer custom pricing tailored to the customer's needs. One of goals in photography is to provide the client with high quality images at affordable prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we set up an in person meet and greet with Brie and I. Especially for weddings, this is a great way for us to get to know you and what your looking for on your big day. Depending on the service needed, we may only require an over the phone consultation but are open to any ways that you prefer to communicate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very fortunate to have some of the best mentors in this industry. We are always striving to continue to learn and grow as well as staying ahead of the curve. Every day we challenge ourselves to learn something new and use resources available to us from our mentors and through online training.
