Chase quickly diagnosed the problem, which was a shut-off valve for the propane on the outside of the house. Apparently the Propane company turned it off while refilling the tank, and didn’t remember to turn it back on. Unfortunately instead of relighting the tank and leaving, Chase decided to have a closer look at something else, claiming that things still weren’t functioning properly. He then lied to my face about a part being damaged, and then tried to squeeze me for $350 in order to replace it. I paid him $65 for showing up and asked him to leave. I then hooked up everything that he left laying in pieces all over the floor, and fired it right up. Chase may seem like a nice guy, but he’s just as unethical as most of the others out there. I almost decided to not leave a review, but the longer I thought about it, the angrier I got. People that are unethical deserve to be punished for their behavior, and he clearly lied to me and then tried to take advantage of me when he came out, and for that reason, I hope this review finds people who are considering hiring him, and after reading this, decide to look elsewhere.
