He responded as quickly as possible and listened to the level of care I needed for my wall before a door was installed. 5/5 stars. Here’s a before and after photo of the previous door that was causing my room to smell like dog urine from the previous owner, and here’s a photo with the updated door and trim painted and sealed which stopped the odor.

After I paid them $375.00 Down Payment, which he promised to pay me back $300.00 after I requested it, and deducted $75.00 for 5 bags mortar cement, a partial bag of tile spacers. The reason I fired him was because two days in a row, to call and let me know he had emergency in Texas, but he emailed which I never received until the afternoon when he called and told me about the emergency, and said he would be there in the morning. I don’t know what he considered the morning, but to me it means being on the job at no later than 8 or 9 AM. When he didn’t show up again at those times, I sent him an email around 9:30 or 10:00AM he was fired! He showed up at 10:30 AM or so, and said he was ready to go to work. I told him he had to already see I fired him, and he said it’s still morning, and I said, no your fired!!! The only way he can improve, is to come to work on time, or call if he can’t make it! Once, not twice, two days in a row!!!
