- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest cleaners in town but we strive to be the best. Our mission is to inspire trust in those who we serve by developing positive and memorable experiences. We accomplish this by having thorough and knowledgeable technicians.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are focused on relationships. While a lot of our interactions now days are over the phone or internet we prefer to meet with each client face to face, find out what their needs are and develop a plan that meets those needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend trainings and have several techs with many years of experience.
