- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The big companies have a lot of overhead cost. There prices are much higher than mine. In most cases I can give you the very same treatment for half the cost. My prices vary a little depending on how far I have to travel and what the situation is that I'm dealing with. My promise is, I will do the same, or better for less money then any of my competitors! I guarantee all of my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm a very outgoing person. I enjoy meeting new customers. I like to inspect the pest situation and explain what I think should be done before I proceed. Customer Service is of huge importance to me. I go out of my way to make sure every customer is satisfied before I leave. A satisfied customer is more important to me than the money I make.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent severl years with Orkin Pest Control. I have been certified and trained in residential and commercial pest control. I was also certified as a bed bug specialist. I was sent to termite school in Atlanta Georgia and finished at the top of my class. I also worked with another local pest control company for a short time before starting my own business. I have the knowledge and education to handle all pest control situations.
