- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our prices may not be the lowest but I don't believe we are the highest either. sometimes it is hard to bid a job without seeing the property first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we prefer to see the property to get an accurate estimate for what the job will cost especially anything outside of just regular lawn maintenance. but it's not always an option. you will not be disappointed with our work thank you for your time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
on the job is the only training we have that relates to our work.
