- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing because the training varies so much.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to visit the owner and pet to see if we will be a good fit working together. Dog training is a team effort and requires patience and consistency. It's important to me that everyone is aware of this and on the same page. Otherwise the training does not stick.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an active duty Marine where I worked with bombs, rockets and missles (i.e., ordnance). This does not directly relate to dog training but I learned as an ordnance Marine to be patient, consistent, and calm. I find these qualities lend well to dog training. Semple Fi.
