Molding or baseboards,
The work was done efficiently and the final product looks great! He seemed very knowledgeable about the work and was able to offer suggestions without me feeling like I was being sold on extras I did not need. He even did a little extra repair work for me in another room at no extra charge. When the price wasn't quite right for me, he was more than willing to negotiate with me to find something that would work for us both. I have no complaints--I will definitely be utilizing his services again in the future!Sep 30, 2016Verified
Jeff did a great job! I will most certainly hire K.L.B. Construction again. Reasonable prices, professional workmanship.Dec 18, 2015Verified
We placed an order for some painting and guttering on the outside and a sliding glass door installed. The painting was done well, but the trim on the sliding glass door was very poor and the guttering was not done. We were also charged for these projects and the owner said on two occasions that he would come out and fix them but he never came. On at least two occasions he never showed up at a scheduled time.Oct 3, 2016Verified

I could not be more happy with the job KLB did hanging our Christmas lights! From the initial contact all the way to getting them done, everyone in their company was courteous, professional, and helpful. This was the best job we've ever had done on our house, and we won't use anyone else! Best of all, they used our own lights and didn't use staples in our roof.Nov 20, 2016Verified
Decorative beams on the front of the house we rotted and needed replacing. One was "semi"structural" in that it held up the porch roof. Jeff was very professional and did a great job. The beam look better than the originals!May 11, 2016VerifiedK L B Construction & Finishing Services LLC's reply
Thank you Linda for allowing KLB into your home to complete this project. I am very happy with your excitement about the outcome of the beautiful cedar beams and posts. I am looking forward to the next project ventures you have planned, and I am thankful to have customers like your family- forever!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is broken down and detailed on every estimate I submit after viewing the project and speaking with future customers. Any project that is larger than a few hours of work, we prefer to see the intended project area before we give a complete estimate in order to provide the most accurate information. With tile, painting, decks, fences, and wood flooring, we charge per sqft or lnft. We offer or provide basic cad drawings or 3D views with larger scale jobs. As a company, we believe our customers should get exactly what they expect, so if that means adjusting our labor or allowing our customers to provide their own materials, we are ready to work as a team to accomplish our goal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Every new customer is unique. No matter if it's a potential customer, new customer, or repeat customer- before, during, and after any job... you always treat others with respect. I always try to get a face to face before a project starts. This gives me a chance to observe and see what a customer likes or just to get to know their personality. I have never had a customer not satisfied of our work to my knowledge and strive for that exact outcome every time no matter the size of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I attended the University of Oklahoma with the intention of earning a criminology degree to work in law enforcement. I worked as an officer and c.e.r.t team member at an Oklahoma Prison and a Wyoming Prison system for 7 years before finding my way back to the construction field. I have extensive back ground in electrical, spending 5 years with Wade Electric in Norman, OK. I have worked with some of the best companies in their trade just to build business contacts and gain experience in every trade I could. In the end, I am very good at problem solving and I am proactive about continuously teaching myself new things. I stand by this motto: "There is nothing I can not build or problem I can not solve."
