Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We pride ourselves on doing the project, whatever it may be, right the first time. We may not always been the cheapest, but our work certainly speaks for itself. Our remodel and room addition projects have all been documented with pictures and we would love to show you. We work with over 150+ contracted professionals in any area of construction you could imagine and if there is a trade contractor we do not already have an established relationship with, then the new person will undoubtedly be impressed by the General Contractors knowledge of project completion techniques and codes and requirements to build it safe and sound the first time. We always say, our best work, "looks like it was grown that way!" i have always enjoyed working with different people, not only the diverse crowd we see in our professional as the laborers, but also building relationships with the customers and the people we support. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal, but hey, isn't everyones...our purpose is to go above and beyond. We want our projects to stand out and be the pride of the homeowners property!

I was impressed by iQuality from the very first phone call. The owner Joe Nelson was involved and available through the whole process. My project stared within a few days and I am more then impressed by the results. Thank you Joe. I'll see you this winter for my seasonal check up.

Hired through Thumbtack. Joe qave a written quote after seeing plans and pictures. Set appointments, but never showed. After 4 weeks of delays, he finally shows up but wants more money. I wouldn't trust this contractor.
iQuality Construction LLC's reply
Simply put...This customer and iQuality Construction had never entered into a signed contract. More to the point, as anyone in Oklahoma knows, you simply can not install or do any masonry work when the temperature is below a certain degree. Unfortunately, this customer happened to contact us right before our first temp drop which was a 72 degree to 31 degrees overnight change. This coupled with the rain we've received locally and the sheer workload our company has been blessed to receive, it is just a simple series of unfortunate events that led to the extended delay in getting to this customer's location to evaluate his particular project. As many will understand, providing a quote for work - blindly, is almost near impossible, but more importantly, actual site evaluation, especially when the said customer wants to provide his/her own material can sometimes be more of a nightmare than having us, the General Contractor, provide it for them. Not only was there a need for material adjustment, but the level and detailed amount of work involved in this project required us to request a reconsideration in terms of our initial estimate. Again, no signed contract had taken place, therefore, it is our position that we were simply still in simple negotiations. Truth be told...I very much would do anything to continue to help this customer achieve his goal, perhaps with another one of our subcontracted masons who might be more cost beneficial, but rather than entertain that idea, this particular customer went into a tirade about how he knew exactly what this costs and he had had many of these built in the past and I simply replied with, "no problem, you feel you know it all and can get someone to honor that price - go ahead." My 15 years experience in this business tells me that I know what my cost is and I know what the labor rates are in this state, more specifically, the metro area. I truly believe that I was willing to provide this customer a professional job and an outstanding product, unfortunately, we are not a charity group and I do not perform work for practice. I wish to extend my continued appreciation to all our many supporters out there and again state, I am happy to send another masonry crew to evaluate this particular job, if the customer chooses to entertain that option, once he has extinguished his other avenues....and of course, we would ask that he remove his poor review, which obviously does not reflect the true nature of our character or our professionalism.

iQuality custom installed a door at the top of my stairs leading to a bonus room. There was no door there previously and they had to frame in a door as the opening was 41". Joe worked with me to pick out a solid core door for the install and matched the trim, paint, and hardware perfectly. He came by to provide a custom quote within a day and began construction within 4 days. The construction process was done in the evening to fit my schedule and the construction was top notch. I love the new door and it looks like it was built with the house. If you are looking for a company to work with pick this one. iQuality lives up to the name and I will use them again in the future.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father was an auto mechanic for over 30 years prior to his passing in '98. He always made me promise i would never follow in his footsteps because he felt he always had to work too hard for his living. He taught me to work smarter, rather than harder. As i grew into my own, I learned that working smart and hard is the way to go. So, i never followed in his footsteps in auto-mechanic work, but I became a house-mechanic...haha Also, my name is Joseph, who is also the patron saint of carpenters!
