- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Life coaching by-the-hour is a complete waste of your time and your money; theres simply no way that an issue that is pervasive enough to need life coaching can be resolved in an hour or a few numbers of sessions. Any problem that can be resolved in an hour or two with a tool or a tactic is not a problem for life coaching! My life coaching provides real value to you and I am proud of the impact life coaching had on my clients so far. People dont buy coaching because they want to be coached, they buy coaching because they want to change their lives! The pricing for my life coaching services are based on your individual needs. It is determined by in-depth conversation to understand your current reality and what obstacles there are. Offering you coaching before this analysis is like a doctor offering a prescription on-the-fly. True life coaching requires a long-term, focused relationship in which you achieve more than you were ever brave enough to imagine. Right now, you are in a position in where it is too painful for you to stay. When you cant afford to continue what youve been doing in your life so far, you will find that life coaching is the best investment in yourself to get the results you want! The value youre getting out of life coaching can be broken down like so: 10% is my coaching skill, 30% is my presence, and a whooping 60% is your commitment! You cannot get value without commitment. You are an awesome person and you are capable of getting any result you want if you only invest in yourself. Youll invest in yourself through me your coach! The more time, money and energy you invest in yourself, the greater the value for you. The greater your results will be! Your initial 60-90 min life coaching consultation is always free of charge!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently working on a degree in psychology to help extend my approach to life coaching. As a life coach, I help clients to move from where they are now to where they want to be in the future; as future cognitive behavioral psychologist, I can also help them with their troubled past as well.

Personal Performance Coaching For the individual who wants to increase performance in a specific area of life, such as career, relationships, or personal growth. Examples include: Become more effective at work, Get things done at home, Find new solutions to old problems, etc Motivational Coaching For the individual who wants a third party to hold them accountable in order to reach life goals not obtained on their own. Examples include: Lose weight, Stop smoking, Get out of a rut, etc Achievement Coaching For the individual who wants to push herself to become self-actualized by achieving a new, goal-specific advancement. Examples include: Climb the corporate ladder, Get more education, Do the things you really want to do, etc Change Coaching For those who want to be able to cope better with life-changing events. Examples include: Coping with job loss, Working towards changing careers, Coping with losing a loved one, etc
