- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in straightforward, honest pricing with no hidden fees. Pricing is based on the size of your solar system, the number of panels, the home’s height, and the level of buildup. Every quote includes a professional solar panel cleaning, a visual inspection, and before-and-after photos. We also offer discounts for customers who schedule recurring cleanings to help keep their systems performing their best year-round.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by learning about your solar system and answering any questions you may have. Once we schedule your appointment, we arrive on time, safely clean your solar panels using solar-safe equipment and techniques, perform a visual inspection, and provide before-and-after photos so you can clearly see the results. Before we leave, we’ll answer any additional questions and offer recommendations for future maintenance if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 2017, I’ve gained hands-on experience in the solar industry through solar sales, system design, and installation. That background gives me a solid understanding of how residential solar systems are built and how to safely work around them. Every cleaning is performed using solar-safe methods designed to protect the panels while removing dirt and debris effectively
