Working with this company has been one of the worst experiences. It's almost been exactly 1 year since I hired this company to install an entire sewer line and we are starting to have the same plumbing issues. The entire job was supposed to take a couple of days and it turned into 2 weeks. It took extra days for them to start installing the sewer because they said the ground was too hard. I had to repeatedly message them for the next couple of weeks after the installation to fill in the trench. Since they hadn't filled in the trench, we had the temporary fence up those 2 weeks as well. I had to worry that one of our 3 dogs would fall into an open trench or get around the temporary fencing. First, they said they were waiting on it to be inspected. Then, I was told several times that the employee would be out that day or had been out to fill the trench. We were given several excuses on why they didn't actually make it out to fill in the trench. The owner even said the employee told him that he completed the work and that was a lie. I didn't want to post a review about my horrible & stressful experience at the time due to the owners losing small children in their family during that 2 week period. However, the employee that was supposed to fill the trench and repair the fence had no connection to the family members. They told my boyfriend that we had to make payment to them after they installed the sewer line. I know this didn't sound right at all. Because once they had the money, I feel like they had no interest in coming back in a timely manner to fill in the trench and repair the fence. Now, almost a year later, I have to pay who knows how much more money to another plumber to see what is causing our plumbing issues again. I really want to support local family own businesses but this experience and another similar one, I'm going to be very hesitant to ever use a small local company again. I'm so disappointed by this entire experience. So, instead of using money for our wedding, we have to spend it having another plumber to come out and see what is causing the problem.

Thank you for helping us idenity the gas leak problem and getting us set up with a new water heater. Showed up on time! I gave the direction of what I'd already tried and he took that and ran with it. The whole project only took about 20 minutes in and out. I didn't feel like I was overcharged and felt like it was as good a value as I could get versus other plumbers. I would use them again.
