Patrick is a super nice friendly hardworking guy. He was scheduled Saturday morning for some appliance repair but reached out to me on Friday and offered to get us fixed a day early! He did a great job figuring out the problem and a solution. I’ve since had another appliance fail and he is on it! I should also mention he helped me troubleshoot the original issue without charging me a thing. I wasn’t skilled enough to get the job done so I hired him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We feel like our prices are reasonable and fair and there are discounts there are some fees that may apply, but we are not at all trying to break the bank.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want our customers to feel very comfortable with me being in there house first off. I am a very trustworthy person that believes in family and building trust.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work day time for a company that has sent me and other employees to numerous classes and functions to ensure when we are out on a job wearing there name that we know what we are doing and I've been with this company 4+yrs. I am CFESA certified in gas and electrical, I have a HVAC Journeyman's license, I am EPA certified, as far as Appliance Repair I have been do repairs for a local Rent-A-Center before starting my own company. I am a Commercial Refrigeration Tech. with the company I work for during the day and I also repair hot side equipment.
