FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The most common question asked me is what is the cost of an arch. I can't come out and give a price right away. The first question is: What is the size of the doorway? Although my clients try their best to let me know how big the doorway is, I have to do a "site survey". I have to take measurements of the door, because you also have to factor in any obstacles from the walls and or ceilings where they want the arch. These "obstacles" can cause the price to vary in any arch. So there isn't a "concrete" answer, we can always say, "they start at ____". This is why I like to do a site survey, when I work on a job, I want my client to be happy and satisfied. If they're not happy, I'm not happy. I care about my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I do. I attend balloon conventions, seminars and subscribe to magazines to constantly stay on top of what's available to my clients and always looking for that new idea to get a "WOW".
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved balloons and enjoyed working them, this is the best way I've found to put smiles & excitement in people. I love to see people smile.
