I had water damage from a leaking toilet in my bathroom that needed repair. As part of the repair, we decided to do a remodel of the bathroom as well which included a new shower with tiling, vanity, and flooring. After getting several quotes, David's was the most reasonable. He was very upfront about what might cause additional cost and time and whether he thought these issues were possible or not. When the floor came up and it turned out the water damage was more significant than expected, which he had warned about, he did the additional work as well for a reasonable increase. Throughout the project he was very attentive to cost, as we were on a tight budget, while still doing excellent work. When all was said and done he did an excellent job and still brought the project in under most of the other estimates even with the increased cost due to the additional work.
