After we came to an agreement on hanging drywall and spraying texture. She added framing in a doorway/sheetrock and texture. Which I done at my cost. She asked me to spray texture over the popcorn ceiling Which was included in my estimate. She was not satisfied. She then told me she either wanted the asbestos removed or skim coated. I told her that I would be happy to do what ever she wanted done. But anything else would be of more expense to her. She had me test the popcorn ceiling at my expense. Then basically held me responsible for the findings.

I had water damage from a leaking toilet in my bathroom that needed repair. As part of the repair, we decided to do a remodel of the bathroom as well which included a new shower with tiling, vanity, and flooring. After getting several quotes, David's was the most reasonable. He was very upfront about what might cause additional cost and time and whether he thought these issues were possible or not. When the floor came up and it turned out the water damage was more significant than expected, which he had warned about, he did the additional work as well for a reasonable increase. Throughout the project he was very attentive to cost, as we were on a tight budget, while still doing excellent work. When all was said and done he did an excellent job and still brought the project in under most of the other estimates even with the increased cost due to the additional work.
