I started my journey into construction my freshman year of high school, but it was wood shop that got me interested! I fell in love with it and took 3 more years. Never thought that I’d retain any knowledge from that class, but look at where we are now! With 19, nearly 20 years experience, I am grateful for that class and proud of where the skills I’ve learned from it has taken me. I have met so many great families and individuals throughout the years and that, alone, has made my standards skyrocket. When you meet people with such particular visions and expectations, you want to do better, you become better. Not only as a craftsman, but as a man. A lot of the greatest qualities in a craftsman translate into what a man should be. Resilient, confident, problem solving, ethically sound, capable. Ever since I was a kid, I just had a yearning in my heart to help people who were in need. I get the same feeling of gratification from helping people’s visions come to life.
