Hello my name is Jay Villa Owner & Operator Of KCC LLC. We have been in business since 2012 & have worked in the Carpet cleaning industry for over 20years. We took a hiatus during the COVID year of 2020 for personal reasons. We are 100% back in business and ready to service the community again. We are back & better than ever! I was very impressed with Krown Carpet Cleaning. Jay contacted me promptly about offering the services within minutes of me posting the project on Thumbtack. They were able to schedule me in on less than a 24 hour notice. Which was very helpful as I have a very busy schedule. He contacted me prior to the appointment to tell me he was in route. Also, he was there 15 minutes prior to the appointment. He was clear on the process and the time it would take to finish. When he finished I was beyond impressed with the results. I have two children and two dogs so the carpet was less than in perfect condition but, after he finished it looked fantastic. I will definitely use them again and recommending them to all my friends. Great customer service and value!

They were available when I needed them for a next day cleaning. Very punctual and tried to get my carpets to look the best they could with being old carpet and set -in stains. I thought the value was worth it.

I called Krown Carpet Cleaning on a Friday. Jay made arrangements to come to my home to clean 6 dining room chairs on the following Monday. The stains were very old and didn't seem to "lift" after the cleaning. I called Jay back on Tuesday and he returned THAT DAY to clean with an alternate solution. The chairs look 100% better and I am very pleased! As I stated, the stains were very old and the chairs will never be completely stain free but at least they are no longer noticeable. Thank you Jay!

They contacted me ahead of time as requested and arrived on time to begin cleaning. Our carpet had a lot of stains and they were able to get it looking pristine and informing us of ongoing proper care and they completely removed any pet smells from the carpet. This was great service for an excellent price.
