They were available when I needed them for a next day cleaning. Very punctual and tried to get my carpets to look the best they could with being old carpet and set -in stains. I thought the value was worth it.

They contacted me ahead of time as requested and arrived on time to begin cleaning. Our carpet had a lot of stains and they were able to get it looking pristine and informing us of ongoing proper care and they completely removed any pet smells from the carpet. This was great service for an excellent price.

First time user of Thumbtack and Mr. Villa's company, Krown CarpetCleaning. My daughter is a second year law student at OU and her carpet in her apartment was disgusting. Prior tenants had two dogs and there were a lot unsightly stains on the carpet, especially the stair steps. I put my request on Thumbtack and within 10 minutes Mr Villa had answered my request and was able to give me an estimate, several times to choose from and answered my phone call when I called for more information. He arrived early and finished the job on time. The carpet looks amazing! I would use Krown Carpets again and would definitely recommend them! Also Thumbtack was a timesaver! Thank you! D. Richey
