- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complicated pricing here. I look at the customers issues. depending on what the issue is, it could be a fixed price, or by the hour if i know that the issue would take more than 2 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
working with the customer's immediate need, and then coaching them into maintaining thier computers after I repair them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I plan on continuing my education in several tech fields to include network security, APP development, programming languages, and webpage design and deployment.
