I love what I do. i take pride in helping friends and customers with their computer concerns. I also teach them about their computer issues so that they wouldn't have to see me again for the same issue. I like the fact that I can get a customer's device up and running again. seeing different issues in components that I tackle make me more confident in repairing similar devices in the future.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?No complicated pricing here. I look at the customers issues. depending on what the issue is, it could be a fixed price, or by the hour if i know that the issue would take more than 2 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?working with the customer's immediate need, and then coaching them into maintaining thier computers after I repair them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I plan on continuing my education in several tech fields to include network security, APP development, programming languages, and webpage design and deployment.
