- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do. It's very in depth and we explain it all to the client at the evaluation. It varies depending on the dog and the temperament. Just like at the vets we can't quote a price until we have seen everything and know what exactly is going on. Our evaluations are $100.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come and do an in home evaluation which costs $100. Then we watch the dogs behavior and see how the client handles the dog. After I handle the clients dog and explain our training theory we would decide what program is best for that particular dog. We train everything from behavior modification, basic obedience, service dogs, retrieval, utility, sent work, and even protection dogs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Coty cortez : "I have trained dogs for the wounded warriors project, privately, and for petco. I have an extensive background in mutiple training styles and I have found that the style Lorenzo's uses is the most effective and humane. Everything done in our training is physically as well as psychologically sound or we don't do it."
