Called after lunch about a suspected leak and they were able to get Ethan out within an hour or so. Ethan was very helpful and listened to what the problem was and what we have been seeing that was a cause for concern to us. Definitely appreciated his demeanor and knowledge about these issues. I asked if a camera could be used to look at the pipes and he didn't have one on his truck but reached out to another tech and set it up for him to come out and scope the pipes.Updating to add that Chris came out shortly after Ethan left and inspected the plumbing with the camera to see if there were any leaks detected. Even after not seeing anything on the camera, he continued the inspection with vigor to see if he could find any other causes. Chris was great to work with, knowledgeable, and kind with all the questions I asked him.
